Meet Terri Chrisman who shares how to start your day right.

She is a Masters qualified Whole Foods Plant Based Nutritionist as well as a Personal Trainer. She is originally from Melbourne, Australia but has lived all over the world including London, Hong Kong, Dubai and the USA.

She advocates a plant-based whole foods diet free from animal products, hormones, antibiotics, and other chemicals. She is a firm believer that food can be the best medicine (or poison – depending upon what you eat) and that you can transform your health with a change in diet and exercise.
