Meet Cristina Rodenbeck who shares one of her greatest passions and personal wellness tool: Kirtan.
By practicing Kirtan – a form of devotional chanting of mantras that originated in India – we can experience an enjoyable and powerful way of clearing the mind and emotional states so we can find a place of peace and stillness from within.
Kirtan empowers chanters to access inner peace, their true essence, and a state of mindfulness. By chanting Om Mani Padme Hum 108 times is connecting with the energy of love, kindness and compassion represented by one of the most sacred Bodhisattva in our local community; Guan Yin.
May you find your centre. May you find a place of peace and strength from within. May you be guided by love, kindness and compassion.
